ABOUT CIDB E-CONSTRUCT

Who we are

CIDB E-Construct Services Sdn. Bhd. (CIDBEC) was incorporated in Malaysia on 21 February 2001 following a joint venture agreement between the Malaysian Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and the Malaysian Institute of Microelectronic Systems (MIMOS). Shortly thereafter, CIDB took over all the MIMOS shares in the establishment’s agreement, making CIDBEC wholly owned by CIDB.
